BARRE

Barre involves high repetition movements that engage, stabilise and strengthen the muscles. Using the barre and props, this class will help tone and lengthen the body. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and no dance experience is required. This class is pregnancy and post natal friendly. Modifications and challenges

are offered.

MAMA + MINI

Mama & Mini is an exercise class consisting of Pilates, Barre and Yoga exercises specifically designed for the postnatal months. A safe, challenging and fun class to help your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. This class focuses on strengthening and re-building your pelvic floor, deeper abdominals, glutes and back as well as working on posture and flexibility. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced clients. Your mini is more than welcome, to take the ease off. Ages ranging from 6 weeks - 4 years old. This class can be booked casually or can be used as a class on our weekly membership pack. *It is recommend you are 6-8 weeks postpartum.

POWER SCULPT

A low-impact, full-body strength training mat Pilates class with the option to increase weights in this powerful session. Conclude with a restorative vinyasa flow to strengthen, lengthen, and release. Suitable for all levels and abilities, including pregnancy-friendly, with modifications and challenges offered.

STRONG

STRONG is a Pilates inspired circuit style class. Using a variety of equipment from, weights, Pilates balls, resistance bands and more you are sure to feel the burn and leave feeling stronger in your body and mind. Modifications and challenges are offered.

TONE

Our signature full body and mind connection class. This class will have you feeling the burn, using a range of equipment on the mat. Enhance Tone will target your abs, arms, legs and glutes, focusing on correct technique and form. We see this as the foundation class to all others. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. Not pregnancy friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

SWEAT

A high-intensity, low-impact, full-body mat Pilates class designed to tone, boost endorphins, and improve cardiovascular health. We alternate between high-intensity and low-impact exercises, completing four rounds of each to keep your body engaged. Suitable for all levels and abilities, with modifications and challenges offered, but not pregnancy-friendly.

POWER FLOW

Power Flow is a dynamic and mindful sequence of yoga poses that balances strength and flexibility. Move through a flowing, grounding practice incorporating both static and dynamic postures designed to increase flexibility and engage all major muscle groups. The class concludes with a restorative Savasana to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Props may be used to support restorative positions and target trigger points. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, with modifications and challenges offered.

SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow invites you to take a step back from the hustle and reconnect with yourself. This class emphasizes gentle, flowing sequences combined with moments of stillness, creating a calming and grounding experience. Perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis, it’s an opportunity to release tension, enhance flexibility, and nurture mindfulness.

The practice concludes with a restorative Savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced. Props may be incorporated for added support and deeper relaxation.

YIN YOGA

Yin is a still and intentional yoga practice. Poses are held for longer periods of time typically between 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues, facia, ligaments and joints rather than the muscles. The practice can leave you feeling deeply relaxed resetting the mind and body. Be prepared to settle in and let your mind drift away. It is the ultimate way to decompress. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and is pregnancy friendly. Modifications and challenges are offered.

SOUND BATH HEALING

This is your sacred moment to pause - a time to ground, connect, and heal through the soothing vibrations of sound. In this deeply restorative session, you’ll be guided into a space of calm where your nervous system can release tension and find balance after the fullness of the week. Using the healing frequencies of sound, this sound bath invites your energy to realign and gently settle. It’s a chance to give back to yourself, to let go of what no longer serves, and to return to a place of deep connection within.

YIN, REIKI & SOUND BATH

In this deeply nurturing class, you’ll begin by settling into soothing, extended poses that gently release tension, promoting deep relaxation.

As you remain in these shapes, Meegs offers tender Reiki energy healing, infusing you with warm, balancing energy that fosters a profound sense of inner calm.

The journey culminates in a blissful sound healing session, where the serene tones of crystal bowls and chimes wash over the room, enveloping you in a cocoon of tranquility and love.

This beautiful blend of Yin yoga, Reiki, and sound healing creates a truly heart-centered experience, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and profoundly at peace.

6 WEEK POSTPARTUM

A 6 week proactive postpartum approach for mum and bub between recovery and regular classes. Re introducing you to movement, nutrition, self care. Strengthening and stimulating the body and mind. Each week has a new focus, building up to a full Pilates class by week 6. The course includes, weekly check ins. Classes will also cover Barre and Yoga, which are regular classes at the studio. Investment includes a nutrition seminar by Ely, founder of Nutrition Nelly, Sleep consultation by Melissa from Sleep Speak and a guided breath work led by Bek from Luna Muse to finalise the course. At the commencement of the course each Mumma will also receive a hamper containing beautifully curated local items to support the postpartum journey from the gorgeous Lydia at Hermosa Co as well as goodies from Mermaid Treasures and By Sampson & Delilah.
